Return Policy
  • We hope our pieces are loved by you as much as we love them. However, if your purchase isn’t as expected and you have changed your mind, you may be entitled to receive a store credit in exchange for your returned item.
  • You are only entitled to a refund if you have a received an item with a manufacturing fault or an item that does not match your order. 
  • To be eligible for a store credit, you must initially contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. 
Jewellery
Your return must:
  • Be unused, unaltered and in original condition.
  • Have no signs of scratches or dents.
  • Packed in the original jewellery box or pouch.
  • Reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 
  • Once your return is received, we will advise if you are eligible for a store credit of the value of the item(s) paid from the original order. The store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date. 
  • If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at admin@autisticjewellery.com.au and let us know your #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.
